Recommended Dress: We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and sensible, flat-soled walking shoes, with your swimsuit below your clothes. Don't forget your towel, sunscreen, swimsuit and sunglasses also.
Restrictions: A specific time will be set for your return transfer back to the pier. Please note that the last scheduled shuttle back to the ship is 7pm. For those who wish to stay longer you can do so by returning to the ship independently and at your own cost. This is an approximate 7 minute cab ride and $20 per cab cost. Walking is at your leisure, over paved and boardwork type surfaces and also sand if you choose to go to the beach. This tour can accommodate a folding wheelchair and walker, but no ramp or lift is available.

Fantastic day!

We had the best time at cocoa beach! Our drivers were exceptional they messaged us to let us know exactly where to go to meet them and they even gave us tips to make are day perfect!

Great customer service on this transfer. The drivers called my phone to see when I'd like to disembark. I was able to text them during the visit to see about when I'd like to return to the cruise terminal. Very friendly staff, gave us great pointers as to when the SpaceX shuttle launch would occur as well, and where we should be to see it. Seemed easier and less expensive than the cruise line transfer shore excursion as well.

Nice change from ship environment. Short ride to the beach by very personable driver. Opportunity to swim and sun as well as have food and drinks on pier.

Great value Excursion

The excursion driver was waiting at designated location, was very responsive and contacted me to let me know where he would be. I felt safe and was able to experience a rocket launch from Coco Beach that day. The water was cold but it was expected since it was February.

What a great experience at Cocoa Beach

We booked this excursion to take us to the Cocoa Beach Pier and hopefully drop us of at a local hotel instead of returning us to the ship, because we were departing on a different cruise the next day. We got off the ship early around 7AM with all our luggage (originally we thought we would be getting off around 9:30). I texted the number I had for them letting them know we got off early. Ann replied that the Pier did not open until 11 AM. So she asked if we would want to go to The Riverfront Cocoa Beach instead. There is a beach, kayaks, pool and much more. We had no real plans so we said sure. She texted that they had a "Learn to Surf" excursion (at a different ship) later that morning, but would send Jake to pick us up. So we waited in the parking area and Jake texted when he arrived. He was so nice (and the operator owner.) He picked us up and dropped us off at Riverfront. He also told us that he would be happy to drop us off at the hotel instead of the ship. We enjoyed our time there. Beautiful area. We decided to walk to Ron Jon Surf shop about a mile away then over to a grocery store and pick up 2 bottles of wine for our next cruise. As we started back we got a text letting us know his surfing class was over, and he could take us to the hotel anytime we were ready. He asked where we were. He said to wait there he would com pick us up. A few minutes later Jake arrived and took us back to Riverside to get our luggage, then to the hotel. Ann & Jake could not have been nicer, and Riverside was lovely. Great customer service. If you are ever at Cocoa Beach and want to learn how to surf, give Jake at Riverfront a call.

Great company for excursions

Ship came to port a day later at earlier time and we had to take another shuttle to Pier; however, after leaving a message for local tour company; they called back and arranged to pick us up from the Pier for return to ship. Friendly and accommodating. Will definitely use Shore Excursions in future. Always had positive experiences with them.

The guide met us at the terminal for pick up, he was very easy to spot among the large groups of people trying to get in lines to wait for shuttles. The driver and guide was very helpful explaining where to meet for the afternoon pick up.

Reliable provider

We were met and greeted at the pier. Nice van brought us to the destination and back at a fraction of the cost compared with cruise tour. Will buy again

Beach transfer

Awesome driver and great transportation vehicle

Affordable but not Accurate

Getting off the ship as we walked down the stairs we immediately saw, with their sign, our driver; so getting to the mini bus was super easy! Our voucher said return went as late as 7pm but driver told us 4/4:30/5pm was our return options. Short drive to coca beach (less than 10 minutes but not walkable). Was told Ron Jon Surf Shop was a 10 minute walk from the pier but it took us almost 30 minutes (would be at minimum 20 minutes for a fast walker). Would have been nice if there was an option to be dropped off there for the 5 minutes it would have taken the driver. Coca Beach wasn't anything special but I've been there and more importantly got to visit Ron Jon Surf Shop! It was very reasonably priced; cab would have been cheaper but shuttle mini bus was convenient. Coming back at earlier was fine as there was very little to do unless you were swimming and we just wanted to sightsee.

Quick and easy way to get from the port

Reasonably priced transportation from the port to the pier. You do need to be in line early as it is a small bus or you will be waiting for the second one

Transportation

Not really an excursion but transportation to Cocoa Beach, drop off and pick up at a designated time. Guy was friendly pointing out places to buy Tshirts if you were interested. Also said if you needed to get picked up early you could call. Not a shuttle running every half hour or anything so if that's what you want look elsewhere. If you just want to get dropped off at the beach and picked up later, it's fine.

Very helpful driver

This was a great way to get from ship to the beach. Even though our ship was late arriving, the driver waited for us. He was very friendly and gave us good recommendations for things to do in the area. Promptly returned to pick us up when we were ready to go back to the ship. Highly recommend!
